# When to upgrade

A few signs you've outgrown Audience Loop and should talk to us about Decision OS:

* You need decisioning to run in your own warehouse, with no data leaving it.
* You've passed the audience scale a standard plan covers and need custom AUM.
* You want cookieless identity, custom agents, or premium data partners.
* You need a full decision audit log, SSO, or custom terms for security and compliance.
* You want next best action computed for every customer and audience.
