Plans and Credits
Understanding plans, and credit usage
Audience Loop pricing is plan-based, with a monthly pool of Audience Credits included in each plan. Audience Credits are spent when the product thinks, enriches, or acts on your behalf, and additional credit packs can be purchased as one-time top-ups when needed.
Plan Comparison
Check the Pricing page for current plan differences.
Feature comparisons are evolving as new destinations, agents, and integrations ship. The Pricing page is the most up-to-date source, and this section will expand into a full comparison table over time.
Credit Policy
Credit transfer on plan upgrade
When you upgrade your plan, your monthly Audience Credits are updated to the new plan total. For example, upgrading from Free (200 Audience Credits) to Starter (2,000 Audience Credits) changes your monthly pool to 2,000, not 2,000 plus 200.
Credits after plan cancellation
Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, all unused and credits will expire at the end of the current billing period.
Credit rollover
Monthly credits do not roll over. Unused monthly credits will not accumulate from day to day for the free tier or for the paid tiers.
Credit Usage
Audience Loop uses a usage-based credit system, where Audience Credits are spent based on audience operations and activation. The credit cost of an action varies with complexity to ensure you only pay for what you actually use.
Credit usage is tracked as a single Audience Credits meter, so there is only one balance to monitor. When credits run low, the options are to upgrade to a higher monthly pool or purchase a one-time credit pack top-up.
