CSV
  • Export a CSV from your CRM, email tool, events, or eCommerce platform.

  • In Audience Loop, choose Import and upload the file.

  • Let AI map headers into Template fields.

  • Review and correct any mismatches.

  • Create the List.

Use CSV when the source system is not connected or when you want a clean starting snapshot.

HubSpot
  • Connect via the HubSpot Integration.

  • Pull Contacts, Companies, or Lists into Audience Loop.

  • Keep HubSpot as your system of record.

  • Use Audience Loop as the activation prep and match-boosting layer.

Klaviyo, Webhooks, APIs, Zapier, Slack

Use these to capture streams:

  • Webhooks / HTTP APIs for form fills, site events, app events.

  • Zapier and Slack to route leads and submissions into Lists.
