Match & Activate

Sync prepared Lists to ad platforms, CRMs, and email tools with destination-ready field mapping.

Match and Activate is where a prepared List becomes usable in downstream tools. The workflow focuses on selecting a destination, confirming the fields that destination requires, and syncing the audience out while keeping row-level status visible in the grid.

Ad Platform Activation

1

Open prepared list

2

Select sync for your ad platform

3

Name your Audience

4

Review agentic field mappings

5

Start sync

During activation, Audience Loop prepares the identifiers and required fields each platform expects, then presents the agentic mapped fields for quick review before sync starts. Once a destination is connected, the grid keeps track of which rows matched, when the sync occurred, and which need attention so the List can be improved and re-synced without starting over.

What Audience Loop does

  • Hashes and formats data for each platform.

  • Tracks row-level sync status via columns like:

  • linkedin_sync_status

  • meta_sync_status

  • google_ads_sync_status

CRM & ESP Activation

1

Open prepared list

2

Select sync for your CRM/ESP

For CRMs and email tools, the sync step is usually simpler, but the preparation work still matters. Clean identifiers, enriched context, and validated fields help route leads, power segmentation, and reduce noise before lifecycle workflows and campaigns run.

Use enriched and graded fields to:

  • Personalization: Use enriched attributes to tailor messaging and segments.

  • Lifecycle triggers: Start nurture or winback flows from validated engagement or status fields.

  • Suppression and hygiene: Exclude low-quality rows and reduce deliverability risk.

  • Segmentation: Build tighter audiences based on completed columns, not guesswork.

Live Audiences and the loop

Keep destination syncs up to date

Live syncs keep destinations aligned as the List changes, so new or updated rows can be included without rebuilding the audience from scratch.

Re-sync only what changed

Row-level status makes it possible to focus on the subset that failed, changed, or was newly added, instead of reprocessing the entire List every time.

Use sync status as a cleanup signal

Match and sync results highlight which identifiers or fields are weak, so cleanup and enrichment can be applied where it has the most impact before the next run.
